The Five-old School of Theology is established on the biblical premise found in Esphesians 4: 11-12. Its purpose

is to: Encourage the local church to recognise that within its membership are apostles, prophets, evangelists,

pastors and teachers;

 

Help leadership to realise that the particular five giftings within and amongst their membership are as St. Paul writes."... for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.

 

Equip the local church with the neccesssary insights, awareness and sensitivity that would enable them to identify, encourage and develop these giftings and ministries that reside amongst the memebership;

 

Facilitate the building of character, descipline and holiness amongst the saints, preparing them for service and ministry;

 

Prepare and send out graduates into full-time evengelism and church planting;

 

Support graduates in the field until  they have stablished independent and self supporting indigenous ministries;

 

Expose the local  church leadership and memebers with the appropriate teaching, training and skills that would equip them for their unique roles, responsibilities and positions in the realisation and fulfillment of their purpose and destiny.
